We booked this hotel several months in advance of our trip. The package was for room, one way airport transfer plus either dinner or breakfast. We chose dinner. It is about 1hr by taxi from the airport, depending on the time of day, but the low price made the time getting there and back to the airport worth it. In fact, we had a free tour of Mumbai! Prepay fare from the airport to the hotel was approximately 500 rupees. The hotel price for transfer was 1200 rupees. Make sure you have google maps on your phone as our driver didn’t know the way. It just made the journey all the more amusing. Check in was good, room clean and tidy, bathroom spotless providing soap and shampoo from refillable containers and unlike a lot of Indian hotels everything worked. The buffet dinner was also very good and provided filtered water from refillable containers. The bar was well stocked and reasonably priced. Check out was also good and the taxi back to the airport arrived on time. An excellent stay and excellent value. Would stay again.

Very nice staff, always very welcoming and friendly. Especially Ms. Komal was very attentive and very helpful and also the chef Mr. Nilesh maybe I am pronouncing his name wrong, but he was very nice and helpful during the breakfast he always remember what I need specifically the white egg omelette. The hotel is clean and nice and very close to the R City Mall

This is the second time i stayed in the Ibis Vikroli hotel and it was excellent. Room was neat and clean. Bathroom was also clean. Room service was good. Also the Canteen service was very good.

The staff was excellent. The room is a but small for a couple but fine if travelling by oneself. The restaurant is spacious and well laid out. The breakfast is excellent not only in terms of variety but in taste too. A special mention has to be made of the library next to the bar. Its stocked with some exceptional books which covers almost every taste. The gym on the top floor is well equipped for a good work out. On the whole, an excellent experience.

Excellent place to stay. Good value for money. Staffs very courteous and helpful. Samiksha (from ibis hotel restaurant) and Priya ( assistant manager) and others did their best to provide outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended place to stay. We will come again!

IBIS Vikhroli is probably the best affordable yet luxury hotel in Mumbai. Our rooms, the food, the ambience and the staff were all fantastic. We were on a business trip and we would come back late at night and we could still get fresh, hot, yummy food for dinner. The staff was very accommodating too. We have stayed here for the last 2 visits and will stay here for the future visits too. Breakfast buffet was totally worth it.

Wow the spread was awesome. Lots and lots of things to have and begun the day on a very happy note. The breakfast spread will put many a five star hotels to shame. The process of ordering from the live kitchen was easy and quickly delivered to the table. Believe me no table had a number on it but the item ordered was correctly delivered. Wow Wow Wow. The happiness quotient in the hotel is very high with smiling faces all around. Special mention - Ajay from housekeeping what a wonderful guy and was of great help. Ms Pradnya and Ms Shruthi from front office. Exceptional and so professional. All the best to the entire team.

The spice it restaurant was absolutely phenomenal in our whole stay! The variety of options available was great and the taste was so good too! The staff were very kind all the time!
