ibis Mumbai Vikhroli - An Accor Brand

Great, convenient Location, accessible from airport and many business/ shopping points. Absolutely clean facilities- clean/ new shower, toilets. We traveled from New York and the hotel being a western chain is at par with US/ western locations. Young, polite, professionally trained, energetic staff add values to the service , above all Accor hotels initiatives on recruiting staff with disabilities is applauded. Breakfast and Spiceit restaurant food was amazing with both indian and western cuisine and quality food spread. It was a wonderful experience! Loved it and will come back for sure!

A great option near IIT Powai. The room is typical IBIS with the micro-bath/loo but they've made some effort to add some character to the room through images on the walls. There's also a nice in-built couch near the window which is a comfortable place. The breakfast buffet is decent. The staff is good and attentive. The restaurant has excellent food albeit slightly on the higher price for the type of hotel.

The cleanliness and 24X7 Kitchen.

We booked this hotel several months in advance of our trip. The package was for room, one way airport transfer plus either dinner or breakfast. We chose dinner. It is about 1hr by taxi from the airport, depending on the time of day, but the low price made the time getting there and back to the airport worth it. In fact, we had a free tour of Mumbai! Prepay fare from the airport to the hotel was approximately 500 rupees. The hotel price for transfer was 1200 rupees. Make sure you have google maps on your phone as our driver didn’t know the way. It just made the journey all the more amusing. Check in was good, room clean and tidy, bathroom spotless providing soap and shampoo from refillable containers and unlike a lot of Indian hotels everything worked. The buffet dinner was also very good and provided filtered water from refillable containers. The bar was well stocked and reasonably priced. Check out was also good and the taxi back to the airport arrived on time. An excellent stay and excellent value. Would stay again.

This is the second time i stayed in the Ibis Vikroli hotel and it was excellent. Room was neat and clean. Bathroom was also clean. Room service was good. Also the Canteen service was very good.
